Privacy Policy

How Ind Digital collects, uses and protects the information you share with us — in plain, honest language.

Effective date: July 10, 2026 Applies to: inddigital.net and our client services
01

Overview

Ind Digital ("we," "us," "our") is a digital marketing agency operating at inddigital.net, offering services that include SEO, paid advertising, social media management, brand promotion, influencer marketing, and business communication solutions such as DLT registration, Meta business verification, and WhatsApp Business API onboarding.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or engage us as a client, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree with any part of it, we'd rather you reach out to us first — our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

02

Information we collect

We only collect what we genuinely need to run our website and deliver our services well. Depending on how you interact with us, this can include:

Information you give us directly

  • Name, email address, phone number and company name, when you fill in a contact or enquiry form, book a call, or sign up for our newsletter.
  • Business details required for the service you've hired us for — for example, GST or business registration documents for DLT registration, brand assets for Meta or WhatsApp Business verification, or D-U-N-S registration paperwork.
  • Billing and invoicing details, such as company address and payment references, once you become a client.
  • Any content you send us for a campaign — logos, product images, ad copy, testimonials, or access credentials to ad accounts you've asked us to manage.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site, collected through analytics tools.
  • Interaction data from forms, buttons, and links on our site, used to understand which pages and offers people find useful.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as your bank account passwords, government ID numbers, or ad account passwords over unsecured channels. If our team ever asks you to share access, it will be through the official login-sharing feature of the platform in question (for example, Meta Business Manager partner access), never by asking for your raw password.
03

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, and onboard you as a client.
  • Plan, launch, and report on marketing campaigns — SEO, paid ads, social media, and brand promotion — on your behalf.
  • Complete registrations and verifications you've asked us to handle, such as DLT, Meta business verification, GMB listing setup, or WhatsApp Business API activation.
  • Send invoices, process payments, and maintain records required for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Improve our website, understand which services visitors are interested in, and occasionally share relevant updates or offers, if you've opted in.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us as a registered business.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use client campaign data for any purpose beyond delivering and reporting on the service you've engaged us for.

04

Cookies & tracking technologies

Like most marketing websites, inddigital.net uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand site traffic, and measure how our own campaigns perform. These generally fall into three categories:

TypePurpose
EssentialKeep the site functioning correctly — forms, navigation, security.
AnalyticsUnderstand traffic and behaviour (e.g. Google Analytics) so we can improve the site.
MarketingMeasure the performance of our own ad campaigns (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag) and, where enabled, show you relevant retargeting ads.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Turning off non-essential cookies won't stop you from browsing the site, though some features may work less smoothly.

05

Advertising & messaging platforms

Because our work often runs across third-party platforms, some data naturally passes through their systems as part of delivering your campaign:

  • Google Ads & Google Analytics — for search, display, and performance advertising, and for understanding website traffic.
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager and Business Suite — for social advertising, page management, and business verification.
  • WhatsApp Business API providers — for setting up and operating business messaging on your behalf.
  • DLT / telecom registries — where SMS or voice campaigns require regulatory registration under Indian telecom rules.

Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data once it reaches their systems, and we encourage you to review theirs alongside ours. We only submit the information necessary to complete the specific registration, verification, or campaign task you've asked us to perform.

06

Sharing your information

We share information only where it's necessary to deliver our services, and never for unrelated commercial purposes:

  • Service providers we rely on to run our business — hosting providers, email and CRM tools, and accounting software — under confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising and communication platforms listed above, strictly as needed to run your campaigns or complete a registration.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required to comply with a law, court order, or governmental request.
  • A successor entity, in the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets — with the same privacy commitments carried forward.
07

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted access to client accounts and documents, secure storage of business verification files, and use of encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely infallible, and we can't guarantee absolute security — we ask that you also take care with how you share sensitive material with us and use strong, unique passwords for any platform access you grant.

08

Data retention

We keep personal and business information only for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected — typically for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, legal, and campaign-history purposes. Documents submitted for verification or registration processes (such as DLT or Meta business verification) are retained only as long as necessary to complete and support that registration, after which we securely delete or archive them.

09

Your rights & choices

You have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
  • Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
  • Object to how we use certain data, or ask us to restrict processing in specific circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to us at the email address below — we aim to respond within 15 business days.

10

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

11

International data transfers

We are based in India, and the tools and platforms we use — including hosting, analytics, and advertising partners — may process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the security and privacy safeguards those established providers (such as Google and Meta) already have in place for cross-border data handling.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically, especially before sharing new information with us.

13

Contact us
