The ground rules for working with Ind Digital — written to be read, not just filed away.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of inddigital.net and any service you purchase from Ind Digital ("we," "us," "our"), including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, brand promotion, influencer marketing, and business communication services such as DLT registration, Meta verification, and WhatsApp Business API setup.
By browsing our website, submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Ind Digital provides digital marketing and business enablement services, which may include (depending on the package agreed with you):
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your engagement are set out in the proposal, quotation, or order form we send you, which forms part of this agreement.
A service engagement begins once you've accepted a proposal (in writing or via email confirmation) and made any agreed advance payment. Onboarding typically involves an initial discovery call, sharing of brand assets and account access, and agreement on reporting cadence and points of contact. Work on your project begins once onboarding is complete and any required access or documentation has been provided.
To deliver good work, we depend on your cooperation. As a client, you agree to:
Delays caused by late approvals, missing assets, or delayed access may extend project timelines accordingly.
You may request to cancel an ongoing service by providing written notice as per the notice period agreed in your proposal (typically 15–30 days for retainer-based services). Because our work involves real time, effort, and often third-party costs (ad spend, tool subscriptions, verification fees) incurred from day one, refunds are generally handled as follows:
We're happy to discuss specific circumstances — reach out and we'll work through it with you fairly.
We work with care, current best practice, and full effort on every project. That said, digital marketing outcomes — search rankings, ad performance, lead volume, follower growth — are influenced by factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, market competition, seasonality, and platform policy shifts.
We do commit to transparent reporting, regular updates, and adjusting strategy based on real performance data throughout the engagement.
Many of our services operate on or through third-party platforms — Google, Meta, WhatsApp, telecom DLT registries, and others — each governed by their own terms of service and advertising policies. You remain the account owner and are responsible for ensuring your business, products, and content comply with those platforms' policies. We are not liable for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or verification rejections that result from platform-side policy decisions outside our control, though we will always do our best to help you resolve them.
Any brand assets, logos, product content, or account credentials you provide us remain your property. Creative work we produce specifically for your campaigns (ad creatives, copy, website content) becomes your property once the corresponding invoice has been paid in full. Until then, and for any internal tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes we use to deliver our services, all rights remain with Ind Digital. We may showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat your business information, account access, and campaign data as confidential and use it solely to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We expect the same in return regarding any of our internal pricing, strategies, or proprietary methods shared with you during the engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ind Digital's total liability arising from any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the proposal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if payments remain overdue beyond the agreed grace period, or if we reasonably believe a client's business, products, or instructions are unlawful or violate a platform's policies in a way that puts our accounts or reputation at risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
